There used to be this rule that a zone maker could not live in the same area that he or she is responsible for. Seemed like a sound and fair rule to me. Is this no longer a thing, seeing as both the zones requested and CSL is Scotland based?

No change to the rule. CSL lives in city of Edinburgh where he is not allowed to create zones. This request is for Midlothian.

Is this non-regional divide only for Scotland/UK or could someone based in Stockholm municipality create zones for Sollentuna?
