There is nothing saying that the Bonanza must be held in Sweden. And it has been some international attendants to the last Bonanzas. That might make them fanatics though.

As of today, no public events have taken place outside of Sweden. But in August there will be one in Åbo, Finland and in September one in Edinburgh, UK.

I guess it's sorted by medal id number. Bonanza gold is 20, silver 19 and bronce 18. But the world gold is 1, silver 2 and bronce 3.
