Questions about 'Create new group'

A few questions about creating groups so that a set of people such as a sports club can easily compare themselves:

1) Can supporters create any number of new groups or is there a limit?

2) Can the name of a group be changed after it is formed?

3) What happens to the group if the person forming it ceases to be a supporter? (can someone else take over hosting the list?)

1) A turfer can only create one group each. But no limit on how many groups you can be part of.

2) No.

3) I don't now what happens to the group, maybe someone else can help out. But it is impossible for someone else to take over the administration.
