As you will no doubt observe, this is too close to the existing zone HarrisMuseum. However this zone, whilst not far from the Harris Museum is actually on the Cenotaph, and is only accessible over some 10% of its area.
If this zone were moved to the south end of the Market Square (all pedestrianised), by the obelisk, then it would be closer to the Harris Museum and I think just far enough from the proposed W&G zone. Note that the Harries Museum itself is still closed and surrounded by hoardings.
