Turf Forum

I think it would be Nice to have some zones in popular tourist places. Like on Mallorca - Spain, Sunny beach - Bulgaria, Kroatia, Crete - Greece.

What do you think about that?

It's fun to turf outside of Sweden aswell

Noone thinking anything about This?

Some countries has one or more zones even though Turf isnt launched there. I think that is enough right now, its not fair if someone gets a lot of pph because someone turfed abroad. When Turf exists in more countries its time for more zones in countries where Turf isnt launched It also looks sad with a lot of yellow zones somewhere.

And yes, I turfed abroad just some days ago. It made me very happy

I support the idea of adding a single zone in nice tourist places, like the existing one at L'Etoile in Paris. It is impossible to gain significant amounts of Turf points by taking those single zones... but it would look and feel good.

I would also propose to add medals for multi-country turfers (similar to the multi-city medals). For example:
5 countries = Bloody Tourist medal
10 countries = Compulsory Globetrotter medal
It would add yet another way to distinguish yourself in the game.

I know that Brussels "Grand Place", and Malta "Mdina Gate" have been proposed. Please consider these and other extra nice or interesting places to visit. Why not one in Bangkok and other far-away places too?

Single zones in new countries make a lot of sense (why not at least one in every country). It could even be an early starting point for a launch. I regularly meet people in other countries, and being able for them to try even a single zone is a good thing.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a zone in Budapest and Vienna!

Personally I use atleast one of my 3 Zone-suggestions on turist places, mostly in europe.
And I agree with like 1z in major european citys would be just fun,
And wouldn't change the out-come of the highscores much (Maybe lock it on 1pph, coz ppl don't take thise zones to win a round, more just for fun)

Conserning "It also looks sad with a lot of yellow zones somewhere" I think I'v seen the Berlin, Rome, Paris zone red by the end of every-round the last 5 months.

Just saying; Ppl like thise kind of zones, don't be so shy on adding a few

1-2 zones in the capitol and larger cities in europe would be nice. I´ve been placing 1 of my monthly suggestions on european cities the last months.
Athens
Prague
Madrid
Istanbul (instead of Ankara)
Wien
Lissabon

If Nice has one zone it shouldn´t be any problems with other larger cities

I've suggested one in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, near the huge Mother Motherland statue with a wonderful view. Also the major airports of Europe should have one zone each.
