Until now there is 20 turfers notified to the dinner ( max 150 ) this will be updated once a week(sundays at 19.00).

..... Now it is 31 turfers./ 13 april
..... Now we are 39 turfers./20 april
..... Now we are 41 turfers./27 april
..... Now we are 56 turfers./4 maj
..... Now we are 70 turfers./ 5 maj
..... Now we are 83 turfers!!!/ 7 may

We will take orders later so that the restaurant know what to make for us. As far as we know right now you will pay seperately at the restaurant.

Is it possible to choose to come more closer to the event, if i choose no in the registration?

Of course. Provided there is enough seats. But I think that the restaurant had a limit of 250 people so there shouldn't be a problem.
